Application and payment

To apply for a course, fill in the application form and send it to the Art Farm Gaia by post or e-mail.

According to the date of arrival of your application, you will be enrolled in the desired course and receive confirmation of acceptance.

You should then immediately transfer the enrolment fee of € 100.- to theArt Farm Gaiawithoutcosts for the recipient.

Fees consist of the enrolment fee and the tuition fee.

The enrolment fee is regarded as contract between the Art Farm Gaia and the student.

The tuition fee covers the cost of participation in a course, the use of studio and equipment, but not the costs for material and accommodation and must arrive at the Art Farm Gaia’s bank account 10 days prior to the beginning of the desired class, without costs for the recipient.

• Enrolment € 100.
• Tuition fee for 1 week courses:
  • Painting, Graphic, Meditation € 200.
  • Sculpture € 250.
  • Art therapy € 150.
  • Creative Writingand Italian language courses ( 3 gg ): € 150. (to pay only the Tuition fee )
• Tuition fee for 2 week course:
  • Painting, Graphic, Meditation € 450.

Exceptionally and if there is free place, a 2-week course can be taken for 1 week only. In this case the tuition fee is = 1 week course.

Cancellation

In case of cancellation the enrolment fee of € 100. – will be retained to cover processing costs.

If an application for a course is cancelled not earlier than 10 days prior to the beginning of the class.

In case of sudden illness of a teacher, the Art Farm Gaia will engage another experienced teacher to take over his/her place, but will not accept this as a reasonfor cancellation of the course by students.

The Art Farm Gaia may cancel a class, if the number of participants is inferior at 3 students.

In this case the enrolment fee as well as the tuition fee will be refunded.

Insurance

The Art Farm Gaia can not be held liable for accidents occurring during the course.

Certificates

Each participant will receive a certificate of attendance.

Materials

The participants must bring the materials to work.

The students can also buy paper, canvas, brushes, colours, drawing materials, as well as the materialsfor the graphic in class.
